The 2014 BOPPS flight launched from Ft. Sumner, New Mexico at 8L20, and achieved and altitude of 130,000 feet, from which it observed the asteroid (1) Ceres and comets C/2013 A1 (Siding Spring) and C/2014 E2 (Jacques).
